How to draw a signature and export a transparent PNG or SVG
Signature Maker lets you draw an image of your signature and export it with a transparent background. Draw with a mouse, finger or pen, choose the ink, check the trimmed preview and download a PNG or SVG. The drawing stays in this tab and is discarded when you leave. No account is needed.

Signature Maker
Draw your signature and download it as a transparent PNG or SVG.
What you can do
- Draw with a mouse, finger or pen, with pressure-aware width on pens that report pressure, plus undo, redo and clear.
- Choose black or dark blue ink and a stroke width.
- Download a transparent PNG at 1x, 2x or 3x or an SVG, trimmed to the ink, or copy the PNG where the browser supports it.
How to use this app
- 01Sign on the canvas with a mouse, finger or pen. Undo, redo and clear are beside it.
- 02Choose black or dark blue ink and a stroke width. The preview shows what will be exported, trimmed to the ink.
- 03Pick PNG at 1x, 2x or 3x, or SVG, then download. Copy PNG is offered where your browser supports it.
Limits and privacy
- Drawing only: there are no typed or script signatures, and two ink colours. A signature holds up to 200 strokes and 40,000 points.
- This makes an image of your signature, not a certified or legally binding e-signature. Drawing needs a pointer, so it cannot be done by keyboard alone. Nothing is saved when you leave.
Common questions
Is this a legally binding e-signature?
No. It makes an image of your signature. It is not certified, timestamped or identity-checked, and we make no claim about where it is accepted.
Which formats can I export?
A transparent PNG at 1x, 2x or 3x, and an SVG of vector paths. Both are trimmed to your ink with a small margin.
Is Signature Maker free, and do I need an account?
Yes, it is free. Signature Maker runs in your browser with no account or payment details, and it never uses OnePassApps credits.
