What uses credits?
New hosted work we run on our servers for your account. Today that is MovieMatcherAI's film analysis and fresh movie data look-ups. NewsFlow briefs and listening are prepared at no credit cost, Tools and Studios run in your browser and never use credits, and your settings, exports and existing results stay available on every plan.
Can I switch plans later?
New plan purchases are paused while Standard is included free. No end date has been set and the promotion will not turn into a paid subscription automatically. Existing paid subscriptions keep their billing terms; you can manage or cancel them from your account.
How do refunds work?
Ask within 7 days of a membership charge, having used no more than 5,000 credits since it. Contact support with your account email and receipt. A full refund of your latest charge ends paid access. Where a statutory 14-day cancellation right applies, you can also withdraw within 14 days of buying for a full refund by contacting support; Cancel membership only stops renewal. See Terms.
