How to merge and organise PDF pages in your browser

PDF Organiser works with PDFs already on your device. Select documents, review each page's source, page number, dimensions and rotation, and arrange the pages you need. Processing happens in browser memory without uploading document bytes. Your device originals remain unchanged, and you do not need an account to complete the workflow.

PDF Organiser

Merge, split, reorder, and rotate existing PDF pages locally.

What you can do

  • Combine pages from multiple PDFs into one document in the order you choose.
  • Select, move, rotate or remove pages using controls that also support keyboard operation.
  • Download the arranged PDF or split selected pages into a ZIP with one PDF per page.

How to use this app

  1. Choose one or more PDF files. Review the source and original page details; an invalid or encrypted import leaves existing pages intact.
  2. Select the pages to keep, reorder them and adjust rotation. Confirm removals and check the final sequence before exporting.
  3. Download the combined PDF or split-page ZIP, then open the output to verify it. Save the result before leaving or reloading the app.

Limits and privacy

  • Imports allow up to 20 files, 25 MiB per file, 50 MiB combined and 300 pages. Split exports allow at most 50 pages and have an output-size limit.
  • This is page organisation: it does not provide OCR, content editing, compression or secure redaction. Bookmarks, forms and digital signatures are not guaranteed to survive export.

Common questions

Are my PDFs uploaded or saved in an account?

No. Document bytes stay in the app's memory. Leaving or reloading clears the workspace, so download the output you want to keep.

Can I turn photographs into a PDF here?

No. The input is existing PDF documents. Use this organiser when you need to change page selection, order or rotation.

Is PDF Organiser free, and do I need an account?

Yes, it is free. PDF Organiser runs in your browser with no account or payment details, and it never uses OnePassApps credits.
