How to make printable label and card sheets from CSV
Label & Card Maker lays out your own text on printable sheets. Enter multiline labels separated by blank lines, or use a CSV file with a header row. Each CSV row becomes a label and its columns become separate lines. Entries remain in browser memory; no contact list is uploaded and no account is required.

Label & Card Maker
Arrange local entries or CSV rows into printable label and card sheets.
What you can do
- Set paper size, label dimensions, margins and gaps in millimetres to match the sheet you intend to print.
- Choose copies, text size and a first-sheet offset, then inspect the preview and page count.
- Print, use the browser's Save as PDF option, or download portable HTML with the sheet's physical dimensions.
How to use this app
- 01Enter labels with blank lines between them, or paste/import UTF-8 CSV with unique headers and consistent row lengths. Review the resulting entries.
- 02Choose paper and label geometry, copies and spacing. Navigate the sheet previews and shorten text or enlarge labels when fitting errors appear.
- 03Print on matching paper at 100% or actual size, with no added margins or headers/footers. Test alignment on plain paper before using label stock.
Limits and privacy
- Inputs are limited to 1 MiB, entries to 1,000 characters, and output to 500 labels including copies. Unreadable text overflow blocks output.
- Printer drivers and non-printable regions vary. The preview cannot guarantee stock alignment, validate postal addresses or generate barcodes. Save output before leaving or reloading.
Common questions
How do I keep an address on one label?
In manual mode, use ordinary line breaks inside the address and a blank line between separate labels. In CSV mode, put one label's fields on the same data row.
Why does a printed sheet differ from the preview?
Check paper size, scaling, margins and browser-added headers or footers. A plain-paper test reveals driver or printer alignment differences before using label stock.
Is Label & Card Maker free, and do I need an account?
Yes, it is free. Label & Card Maker runs in your browser with no account or payment details, and it never uses OnePassApps credits.
