How to make a printable calendar or planner
Calendar Maker builds a printable calendar from the dates and labels you enter. Choose a year at a glance, monthly pages or a weekly planner, then set the paper and week options. The preview uses the same layout the printer receives. Your calendar stays in this tab; no account is needed and nothing is uploaded.

Calendar Maker
Make printable year, month and week calendars with your own events.
What you can do
- Choose a year at a glance, monthly pages (up to 24) or a weekly planner (up to 53 weeks).
- Set a Monday or Sunday week start, optional ISO 8601 week numbers, A4 or US Letter paper and portrait or landscape.
- Add your own dates and labels, then print or save as PDF, and export the setup as JSON to edit later.
How to use this app
- 01Choose a layout (year, months or weeks), then set the start month, start year and an optional title.
- 02Add dates and short labels for birthdays, holidays or reminders, set the week start, paper size, orientation, week numbers and notes lines, and step through the preview.
- 03Print, or choose Save as PDF in the print dialog. Export the setup as JSON if you want to edit the calendar later.
Limits and privacy
- Years run from 1900 to 2200. A print holds one year page, up to 24 monthly pages or up to 53 weekly pages, with up to 200 events of up to 60 characters each.
- No public holidays are bundled and events do not recur. Print scaling and margins depend on your printer and browser, so print at 100% or Actual size. Reloading clears the calendar unless you export the setup.
Common questions
Are public holidays included?
No. Add the dates you need yourself; none are bundled.
How are week numbers worked out?
They follow ISO 8601: weeks start on Monday and week 1 holds the year's first Thursday.
Is Calendar Maker free, and do I need an account?
Yes, it is free. Calendar Maker runs in your browser with no account or payment details, and it never uses OnePassApps credits.
